Configuration Analyst

Network Health is seeking a Configuration Analyst.The role will aid in configuration design, analysis, testing, and documentation related to QNXT software platform. The Systems Analyst will coordinate various aspects of planning, development, implementation, communication and evaluation of existing or new functionality related to QNXT.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Demonstrates commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of Network Health
  • Configure the core claims processing system which includes but not limited to both provider, benefit and sponsor modules
  • Analyze, research and troubleshoot new and/or modified system configuration to determine feasibility requirements as well as appropriate process flow.
  • Ensure adequate testing, auditing and validation has occurred within the configured system. Ensure appropriate changes are made within production environment according to set processes, policies and procedures.
  • Complete appropriate documentation to support audit results and processes within test/live environment.
  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to gather necessary data to resolve edits, system modification or resolve procedural questions.
  • Lead department data analysis to resolve issues or concerns within system. Evaluates system as appropriate for efficiencies.
  • Collaborates with team to provide feedback to leadership regarding any problems, process issues, policies or procedures which may be of concern or need to be addressed within the configuration system.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Education Required:

  • Associate degree in medical, business or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Bachelors degree preferred

Minimum Related Years of Experience (per minimum education) Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a core operating system required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance benefit methodologies preferred
  • Prior configuration experience preferred
  • experience working with QNXT preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
