Service Level Agreement Performance Manager

Essential Job Duties: Appropriately apply all organizational, regulatory, and contractual principles, procedures, requirements and policies Maintain working knowledge of service level agreements with internal and external vendors. Ensure both parties are following through with contractual agreements. Discuss action plans when one side of the party may or may not be living up to the expectations. Develop relationships with key contact at vendors to resolve potential concerns or issues in a timely fashion. Plan and conduct audits to assess the compliance of service level agreements with selected contracts Perform analyses and develop conclusions from the audits. Present findings and auditreports to management on a regular basis to discuss results and efficiencies. Evaluate management's plans and actions to resolve audit issues and facilitate implementation of recommendations. Follow-up on open audit recommendations to ensure timely resolution. Perform special project work in response to requests from management, compliance officer, legal counsel or the Board of Directors. Serve as the point of contact for external auditor questions on service level agreement monitoring. Interact with professionals outside the company including customers, vendors and organizations. Works with the Director of Compliance & Privacy to develop an auditschedule, and responsible for reporting results in the annual compliance work plan. Execute the audit plan and document the results of the work. Make recommendations to modify the plan when necessary to comply with company standards. Support and foster Network Health's ethical climate and corporate culture. Serve as a resource in the planning, design, implementation and ongoing analysis of the SLA performance program. Work with process owners and vendors to document procedures, process and expectations (process walkthroughs). Compiles results into meaningful, actionable reports with recommendations for process improvements and training and assists with action plans as needed. Develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with process owners, vendors and management. Other duties as assigned Skills Required: Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to listen mindfully, identify gaps and ask appropriate questions Ability to organize one's work and space to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks within the identified timeframe Ability to adapt to new circumstances, information and challenges in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to understand when additional information and research is needed Well-developed critical thinking and analysis skills Self-motivated Strong attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with other departments with an independent, objective and disciplined evaluation of process, risks and controls Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of Network Health Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration required. Master's degreepreferred   Minimum Related Years of Experience (per minimum education) Required: 3-5 years of experience in auditing, accounting, finance or business analysis required Project management/leadership experiencepreferred Experience working in health care or health insurance preferred Experience working with external vendors and contracts preferred.   SERVI01458

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
