Strategic Account Manager

This position is responsible for developing and executing an account management plan that results in profitable growth of strategic accounts. The account plan will focus on driving value for the strategic accounts business. A critical success factor will be aligning Faith's current service offering with the strategic account needs and working with business unit leaders to drive future service offerings that meet customer needs and expectations.   We are looking for an individual who possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and has twelve years of related electricalexperience. The ideal candidate would be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word), be able to read and interpret drawings, be able to effectively interface directly with customers, and have experience in formal sales training.   Faith Technologies is a "Merit to the Core" organization and we pride ourselves on our ability to reward and recognize our top performers. Other areas of qualification are included here; visit our careers page for additional detail.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES RANGE: Researches and develop short-term (1 year) and long-term (3-year) account plan, using Sandler and Salesforce to guide the plan development, for assigned strategic account. Generates early involvement opportunities for multiple Faith Technologies service lines. Prepares complete design proposals and present to the clients. Presents Faith's design services offerings to clients and meet with them to determine their needs. Works with the VP of Engineering, Preconstruction Managers, and Group Managers to estimate and resource project opportunities. Participates in developing effective preconstructionprocesses and design standards to ensure meeting strategic customer needs. Has a working knowledge of electrical designs for power, lighting, and low voltageelectrical systems. Has a working knowledge of all Faith Technologies service offering capabilities to present to clients. Maintains historical cost information for design projects, and applies this knowledge in the generation of design proposals. Works closely with operations Group Managers to coordinate on design/construction Faith's service opportunities. Monitors progress of awarded projects and successful initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction. Demonstrates approachability and ability to effectively collaborate and influence others. Meets onsite with strategic customer weekly as determined by account plan. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
