We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Business Technology (IT) team as a full-time Business Analyst II. This role performs analysis and project management tasks for multiple small to medium technical, systems or business improvement projects within the company. This role provides support to business technology managers, resources, and external resources involved in project execution. They will lead small to medium projects, follow up on action items and help perform project tasks. They will help structure and facilitate meetings, create deliverables, maintain program and project tracking tools and help prepare for project, team and portfolio review meetings. The ideal candidate would have strong attention to detail, as well as solid organizational and time management skills that allows them to effectively prioritize and complete multiple tasks throughout the day.
We are looking for an individual who possess either their Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business along with 5+ years of experience in project management/business analysis in a project oriented environment or equivalent professional experience and relevant training.

Relationship and Communication Management:
Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with business owners, project sponsors, vendors and key clients. They are responsible for all communication related to the project to appropriate audiences.
Project planning:
Using standard project templates and methods, develops the project plan in conjunction with other project resources.
Assists project managers, technology leaders and business users in identifying the resources needed, availability, and assignments of tasks to complete project.
Tracks and manages task/action item completion, completes tasks assigned to them, keeps project team informed.
Leads project meetings and portfolio reporting status of assigned projects.
Problem solving and analysis
Facilitates gathering of information required to determine level of effort for estimating cost, scope, timeline and resources needed for project completion.
Ensures project and business requirements are identified and achieved throughout project execution.
Manages project budget, time and scope.
Resolves conflicts in priorities, tasks, dependencies for the project team.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
