We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Talent team as a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager supporting field recruitment. The Field Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the oversight of all field recruitment strategies, programs, policies, and procedures.
We are looking for an individual who possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business and five years of progressive Human Resources experience or an Associate's degree and seven years of progressive Human Resources. The ideal candidate would be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite and confidentiality is essential for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES RANGE:
Manages and leads the field recruitment process and overall utilization of recruiters.
Establishes and maintains relationships with Regional Workforce Managers and Operational Leaders to keep abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding field recruitment topics.
Monitors labor legislation and implements required changes to keep processes compliant.
Actively participates in professional and trade related organizations, as well as school outreach programs, to build a strong professional pipeline. Develops and maintains relationships with search firms.
Continually researches, streamlines, develops, and communicates best practices and strategies to ensure maximum productivity of all field recruitment efforts.
Defines work to be done; clearly communicates vision, objectives, and tasks to appropriate individuals. Delegates tasks to appropriate parties; clearly communicates needs and expectations. Measures and monitors the work of individual direct reports and/or collective team/taskforce team(s). Coaches and motivates direct reports/appropriate individuals to effectively perform; removes barriers to success and provides feedback, necessary resources, and open communication.
Works closely with Marketing and HRBP's to set the social media communication strategies for different job profiles and functions in the organization.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
