Job Description

Ascension Employer Solutions industrial rehabilitation staff specializes in injury prevention and treatment of work and non-work related injury. The focus of safely returning the employee to work starts at the moment we begin treatment. Join our team of physical therapists, athletic trainers and occupational therapists and travel to client locations?and?help workers recover from their injuries, and also teach them new techniques that can help workers stay safe on the job.?

Job Summary:

Assesses injuries and manages treatment programs.



  • Evaluates and manages injuries. Maintains a medical file on each athlete and acts as a liaison between the physician and the athlete.

  • Implements treatment and rehabilitation programs.

  • Develops conditioning programs for injured and non-injured athletes.

  • Prepares athletes for practice or competition.

  • Maintains equipment used in therapy interventions.



  • Required Credential(s):

    • Licensed?Athletic Trainer?credentialed from the?state of Wisconsin?obtained within?3 Months (90 days)?of hire date or job transfer date.?

    • Certified?BLS Provider?credentialed from the?American Heart Association (AHA)?obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.?


  • Bachelor's Level Degree?

    • Bachelor's Degree and completion of accredited Athletic Training program required Master's Degree preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
