JOB SUMMARY
Program Directors-Sales Representatives are responsible for promoting and selling gym memberships for Xperience Fitness. A Program Director will guide and direct members through the enrollment process, which includes a clear understanding of the club procedures as well as a transparent explanation of our membership options.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets and welcomes all guests into Xperience Fitness
Communicates in person through facility tours, and over the phone to our current members and potential members to promote and sell gym memberships
Guides potential members toward a membership option best suited for each individual's needs
Consistently supports and contributes to help team meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Gains awareness of the facility to the surrounding community by generating leads
Manages all calls, appointments, booking percentages, average EFT, and NMS collections
Adheres to wearing company assigned uniform at all times
Maintains and cleans his/her work space daily
Other duties may be assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong communication skills, in person and over the phone
Must have a selling personality and strives to succeed in a professional environment
Works well in a team environment, and contributes to the team to help reach monthly goals
Works independently and possess time management skills
Works well in a fast paced, ever changing environment

REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or Equivalency
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer
