Job Coordinator
FRSTeam by Gunderson is seeking a full time Job Coordinator based in Menasha, WI.
Covering the state of Wisconsin, FRSTeam by Gunderson Cleaners specializes in the restoration of clothing and other fabric related items damaged in a fire or water loss. See www.frsteam.com for more info.
A Job Coordinator is responsible for managing a customer order from beginning to end. Scheduling/responding to the initial incident, meeting with the homeowner, insurance adjuster, restoration contractor to introduce our service and establish direction for each job, remove all affected items from the customer home and bring to our facility for processing, communicate with all parties involved for each job, establish a delivery date/time and following thru with final delivery. In addition to the Job Coordinator duties, this position also requires production support to our production manager. Providing assistance with folding, assembly, racking, and other areas of production as needed.

Responsibilities:
The following duties are normal for this position; however, the duties listed are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
o Plans, directs, coordinates, and oversees the day to day operations of specific claims and maintain a safe and harmonious work environment that ensures a high degree of operational readiness at all times that maximizes the level of service provided by you to the FRSTeam territory.
o Collects information and completes necessary reports concerning FRSTeam by Gunderson Cleaners customers and complete related administrative tasks.
o Promotes a positive atmosphere in all aspects of FRSTeam by Gunderson Cleaners, one that helps build a Team, that works together for the common goals of FRSTeam and Gunderson Cleaners, and a high level of service to the people that we serve.
Qualifications:
o Organizational, Instructional, and Problem-solving skills.
o Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
o Ability to be professional in appearance and actions.
o Ability to positively interact with the public.
o Ability to think clearly and react effectively in a variety of situations.
o Ability to understand and follow oral or written instructions.
o Possess and maintain a valid Driver License during entire course of employment.
o Ability to climb ladders, work above your shoulders, lift and carry at least 50lbs.
o Ability to work in personal protective equipment when needed.
o Completion of a 60 day probationary period.
o High School Diploma, GED or equivalent(possessed at time of the application for employment)
o Other combinations of training and/or experience that can be demonstrated to result in the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the duties of this position will also be considered.
Additional Information:
o Work conditions and physical requirements vary based on assignment.
o Work environment can be both inside and outside, occasionally exposed to weather, smoke, soot, water and mold odors. PPE is provided in these situations.
o Location: Neenah/Menasha statewide
o Compensation: $9.00 to $11.00 per hour based on qualifications
