JOB SUMMARY
The Front Desk Team Member is the initial contact for all members and guests. The Front Desk Team Member is responsible for greeting customers, answering incoming phone calls, and assisting individuals to ensure everyone has a great experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Represents Xperience Fitness in a positive way by creating the initial First and Lasting Impression
Manages the POS and any reconciliation duties
Directs all incoming phone calls
Deescalates all member/guest concerns by informing the Operations Manager
Ensures that proper guest waiver procedures are followed
Attends all monthly department meetings and required training events
Maintains professionalism when not assisting members
Supports all company initiatives, contests, and events
Responsible for keeping The Front Desk area clean, neat, and orderly
Wears company assigned uniform
Other duties many be assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Highly motivated and energetic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Observant and detail-orientated while staying attentive to current surroundings
Maintains and understands club procedures and operations
Capable of multitasking, working independently, and possesses excellent time management skills
Able to work required days, evenings, weekends as neededEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
