Job Description
Provide leadership for the plant''s accounting functions and supervise the plant''s accounting staff. Ensure that department and plant processes maintain appropriate internal controls and appropriate safeguards of plant assets. Perform in-depth, moderately complex technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial projects. Coordinate and participate in the month-end close process including analysis of results compared to forecast, budget, and prior year and related month-end management reports. Coordinate maintenance of the general ledger including regular account reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts. Coordinate and participate in the preparation of the annual operation budgets. Coordinate and participate in the preparation of the monthly financial forecasts. Provide analysis of job profitability. Actively participate in initiatives to improve working capital. Provide assistance with platform or plant initiatives to the Controller and Menasha Management as needed.

Strong technical knowledge of budgeting, accounting and financial analysis processes; including month end close, forecasting and financial modeling. Able to work with managers through out the company in analyzing financial situations.
Able to apply strong functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, or other technical tools in completing assignments. May require knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments. Able to demonstrate continued expertise in the primary tools or applications used in completing daily work assignments.

Required Experience
Bachelor''s Degree in Accounting.
At least two years of accounting supervision experience, with a strong emphasis on financial analysis.
Manufacturing Accounting Experience
Solid Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
Proficient computer skills, primarily the Microsoft Office software suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
Payroll experience is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
