Hours will be Monday-Friday, 8:
00am-11:
00am during the school year and 6:
45am-9:
45am during the summer.
Position Responsibilities Greet and direct all visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Answer telephones, provide general information, and refer callers to other staff or voicemail.
Assist with building rentals.
Data entry for program tracking.
Collect membership fees.
Work on special projects as directed.
Qualifications 1-2 years' reception or front office experience Friendly and outgoing with the ability to connect with a diverse group of people Professional and friendly phone manner Proficient in Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service background Efficient, organized, and resourceful with a strong attention to detail.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
