The Property Manager will be responsible for managing tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property leasing, including advertising vacancies, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, conducting inspections and documenting any damages - Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors as needed - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 requirements - Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns - Collect rent payments and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions - Prepare monthly financial reports for property owners - Assist with budgeting and financial planning for the properties Skills:
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, and property owners - Proficient in data entry and record keeping - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload - Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems - Experience with upselling additional services or amenities is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for property management and providing exceptional service to tenants, we would love to hear from you.
