Modern office setting Food provided We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all company facilities, equipment, and machinery.
The Maintenance Supervisor will also be in charge of developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and managing a team of maintenance technicians.
The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or a related field, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff.
Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and resolve issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
Order parts and supplies as needed.
