Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to residents per their individualized service plan Attend to residents' individual needs and assist with activities of daily living Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents Promptly reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor Requirements:
Ability to speak, read and write English High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred If a CNA, must provide copy of certificate Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines What you can expect from us:
