Deployment and configuration of technical assets and integration of advanced software solutions.
Provide comprehensive user support, addressing inquiries spanning both hardware and software domains.
Employ systematic problem-solving techniques to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Develop and refine educational resources and procedural manuals for departmental and internal technology frameworks.
Deliver instructional sessions to facilitate user proficiency in utilizing technological resources.
Desired:
Proficiency in managing assorted office apparatus such as personal computing devices, printing peripherals, photocopying machines, calculators, telephonic systems, and more.
Capability to handle physical tasks, involving lifting, transporting, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds on a routine basis and occasionally handling items up to 50 pounds, while adhering to correct ergonomic principles.
Competence in employing various tools and apparatus essential for the installation of computer hardware, encompassing implements like screwdrivers, pliers, and related equipment.
