We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who thrives in a busy environment.
Duties will include:
Answering phones & greeting walk in customers.
Client communications and updates.
Inventory management for project materials.
Working with the project management, sales, and design teams Assist with data entry, typing, scanning, copying, filing, etc.
Assist with financial accounting as needed, prior QuickBooks experience is a plus.
Simple office cleaning duties.
Basic overall office assistant duties to keep work flow progress.
Basic assistant duties for the owners as needed.
Requirements:
Experience in Microsoft Office and Google Docs is a must as well as a good knowledge of online cloud storage.
Basic Math and accounting knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in work.
Basic skills and attitude to be recognized as what they call a go-getter.
QuickBooks experience desired but not required.
Pay will be based on experience level.
